As ServiceMax’s Vice President of Employee Success, Leslie is responsible for creating and driving the organization’s global people strategy, further enabling the connection between our employees’ and company’s success. Collaborating with the team, to design, implement, and evaluate programs that attract, develop and reward world class talent.

Prior to joining ServiceMax, Leslie was Director of SuccessFactors University, focused on educating global customers on best practice application of Performance and Talent Management. Previously, she has worked for a number of great organizations in various HR and organizational development roles, including, Model Metrics, Tribune Company and Bank of America, enabling employee success since day one.

Leslie holds an MBA from Loyola University and a BS in Business Finance from the North Carolina State University.
