Professional Experience

As VP, Business Strategy & Operations of ServiceMax, Megan Henf works closely with the senior executives to develop and implement cross-functional strategies for achieving ServiceMax’s goals and objectives. She leads the integration strategy and execution for acquired businesses (Zinc and LiquidFrameworks). In addition, she leads and manages IT and InfoSec teams and global processes.

Prior to joining ServiceMax, Megan worked for GE for 10 years. While at GE, she worked in a series of IT leadership roles across multiple businesses including four years on Corporate Audit Staff, GE’s internal auditing and consulting leadership program. In her prior role as the Commercial CIO for GE Digital, she was responsible for enabling commercial sales, operations, and strategy through technology. Megan is also involved with the BuildOn organization that focuses on bringing education to developing countries and empowers urban youth to transform their neighborhoods through intensive community service.

Megan is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and holds a BBA in Information Technology Management and a BA in Political Science.
