Introducing DataGuide

DataGuide 1.0

We are excited to announce DataGuide as the newest ServiceMax product for Core Customers.

DataGuide allows you to do more with your data by combining the capabilities of Advanced Forms and Document Generation (PDF) to guide technicians to efficiently capture and present data in support of their various tasks – inspection, maintenance, safety.

As a ServiceMax Core customer, DataGuide will allow you to:

• Make data capture during inspections, health & safety checks in the context of a Service Order or Equipment more efficient
• Enable follow-up actions on a Service Order or Equipment based on the outcome of an inspection, which oftentimes needs intervention from the
Backoffice or Service Manager
• Populate a well formatted inspection report to review and sign off the job
• Improve technician efficiency and experience by keeping a unified experience in ServiceMax Go
