Sony Transforms Professional Services with ServiceMax

London, UK – 16 November 2015Sony Professional Services Europe (PSE) has transformed its services organisation, following the deployment of ServiceMax, the field service management solution for a new era of business.  The company aims to take more than €1 million of cost out of the business annually – the benefits of which it can pass on to customers - gained real time dashboard reporting for faster service resolution, as well as 360 degree view of customer interactions, contract history and visibility across its service ecosystem.

Sony PSE deployed ServiceMax to 24 countries across Europe in May 2015. Sony PSE Latin America is also deploying ServiceMax in Dec 2015, and the company is currently reviewing potential for further global implementation.
