Instructor-Led Training & Webinars

Our instructor-led courses are designed to prepare you to become a ServiceMax Certified Administrator or ServiceMax Advanced Administrator.  As of March 2020, we are offering only virtual workshops. Registration is discounted 20% -- extended through the end of 2021!

By registering for an instructor-led course or webinar, you will automatically gain access to our Litmos learning management system with over 20 self-paced eLearning tutorials (also called our ServiceMax Core Digital Library)!

Instructor-led Course Offerings

SVMX101 Introduction to ServiceMax Administration

  • Fundamental-level course
  • Intended for administrators and implementors who seek an overall understanding of ServiceMax core functionality
  • Designed to assist with the initial setup and management of the application
  • Includes one SVMX101 Certification Exam attempt
  • Prerequisite: Salesforce.com Beginner Administrator Trailhead Course or equivalent knowledge

SVMX201 ServiceMax Advanced Administration

  • Advanced-level course
  • Best suited for seasoned administrators and implementors
    • who have experience with the core features of the application
  • Designed to provide a deeper dive to aid in future
    • development and ongoing maintenance
  • Includes one SVMX201 Certification Exam attempt
  • Prerequisite: ServiceMax Certified Administrator certification

Course Experience

  • Delivered live by a ServiceMax Authorized Instructor via Zoom
  • 5 days in length, 5 hours per day
  • Learners participate in discussions and lab exercises and engage in chats, interactions, and polls

Course Preparation

  • Complete prerequisite learning (see above)
  • Log in to Litmos to review course packet materials
  • Download and/or print materials
  • Set up a quiet workspace, perhaps with dual monitors
