Luis Natal has more than 20 years of combined management consulting and industry experience. He currently serves as a leader in PwC’s Industrial Products Service Practice. Luis’ experience includes global work with large scale field service organizations. He is an expert in service strategy, design, and implementation of change that drives field productivity and effectiveness. Specific areas of capability span design and implementation and include cloud
case management, work order management, work force management, and install base optimization. Luis helps client achieve business outcomes around service contract growth, field productivity, (e.g. task per tech), profitability, and full product through service customer experience. Luis’ international experience includes project work in Europe, the Middle East, and Central America.
Luis has an MBA from The University of Georgia, a BA from The University of the South-Sewanee. Luis is a certified PMP and Six Sigma Black Belt.
