Today, Enphase is using ServiceMax service parts and reverse logistics, RMAs, and warranty management, just to name a few. They are taking raw performance data, and translating it into their work orders.
In the early stages, Enphase also took advantage of ServiceMax’s internal organizations. “We worked very closely with the end-user training team, customer success team, project management team, and implementation team to make sure we had a clear plan in place.
