Leakage is the amount of parts/work that should have been billed for but as not.
An example of leakage: a technician is on site but cannot access the warranty database. The client claims that the work is under warranty and the work is completed. Unfortunately when the technician files the work, they learn that the task wasn't under warranty and should have been billed.
