Al-Futtaim Selects ServiceMax from GE Digital to Digitize Operational Efficiency and Increase Business Growth

Leading field service management platform will support business and IT strategies to enhance customer experience, increase efficiencies and reduce operational risk


DUBAI, UAE – November 2 2017 –  Al-Futtaim, one of the most progressive regional business houses headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is digitizing its end-to-end service and operational processes using the ServiceMax field service management platform. ServiceMax from GE Digital, is a leader in cloud-based field service management solutions.

The solution will replace Al-Futtaim’s current manual processes within their Facilities Management Division. ServiceMax will provide Al-Futtaim with the ability to track, control and monitor performance, automate data collection and empower its technicians to deliver a completely seamless customer experience, with real-time access and visibility across the business.

The ServiceMax platform will be deployed on mobile devices in the coming months to more than 800 users at Al-Futtaim and is expected to go live in Q1 2018.
