Schleicher comes to ServiceMax from VMware, where he most recently served as Vice President of the Enterprise Segment. Throughout his 13 years at VMware, Don led teams in all segments, including mid-market, enterprise, and federal.
At ServiceMax, Don will be serving in a newly-created role, leading the company’s global sales operation. The role was created to increase pipeline growth and velocity, oversee the expansion of the sales leadership team, and improve consistency and sales productivity worldwide.

Prior to joining the private sector, Schleicher served in the United States Marine Corps as a pilot for over 10 years. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
