**New 2023 Certification Maintenance Updates**
In order to maintain your A360ADM certification, you must successfully complete a yearly certification release maintenance course and exam in Litmos. If you do not pass your yearly maintenance exam by the November 15 deadline, your A360ADM certification will expire. Refer to the table below for details.
When the release course with exam is published, you will receive an email from servicemax.training@ptc.com with all the necessary details to complete your maintenance. While helpful, you should not rely only on these email notifications; it is your responsibility to complete your maintenance course by the published deadline.
Individuals who obtain an A360ADM certification prior to Nov 15th of each calendar year will be required to complete the annual certification maintenance course and exam for that calendar year.
Examples:
If you obtained your A360ADM certification on or before Nov 14, 2023 you would need to complete the Asset 360 2023 Certification Maintenance course by Nov 15, 2024 to maintain an active certification.
If you obtained your A360ADM certification on or after Nov 15, 2023 you would need to complete the Asset 360 2024 Certification Maintenance course by Nov 15, 2025 to maintain an active certification.
