SVMX101 Introduction to ServiceMax Administration in Lightning Experience covers ServiceMax Core out-of-the-box fundamentals and best practices for the basic setup, configuration and maintenance of a ServiceMax Core environment. We recommend completing this course before starting a ServiceMax deployment or when taking over an existing deployment. It is a must for new admins!
